blueprint supplement stack

“I was thinking about how to describe how the supplement stack is making me feel, it is as if my body is telling me that i feel good, and this makes me feel good about myself.”

This is my log about trying Bryan Johnson’s blueprint products, that quote is what i wrote in one of my logs, its if you already have some good health habits around eating and know how much of your nutritional needs are being met you may not experience as much of a drastic difference as me but there are so many other things in his products that it is still worth checking out #noiamnotasponsorlol
One thing the log helped me with that the stack didnt fully solve (but might have if i took the full amounts and/or all the rest of the blueprint products) was the energy dip in the evening, blueprint made it much more manageable but the log helped me to realize that now just a little bit of effort going into the order i eat foods and the timing will be enough to retain my energy, and to make sure i dont give in to the sleepiness so i can save the sleepy for night.
I stopped logging on day 10 because i kept the log purely to note the changes I experienced and the changes stopped a day or so after introducing everything but I kept going for a few days just to make sure, here is the log, enjoy!

Day 1

taking just the longevity mix powder
8am i immediately started to feel like i had taken a lsd microdose and all morning i felt like i could do so many things, all my struggles were gone and i was free to just do what i wanted.
i had noticed my chess games were going much easier and my mood management was not an issue.
i felt really good all the way through the entire day even though i could feel the bulk of the effects start to wear off around 2pm.
my sleep did not seem to be affected in any way but i feel like i slept better overall.

Day 2

8am i take the longevity mix powder + essential capsules
disclaimer, it is recommended to take 3 essential capsules daily at each meal but i am taking just 1 in the morning to spread out my trial of blueprint supplement stack, some of my talk about durations only lasting through the morning are likely a result of not taking as many i am supposed to

i feel less buzzed throughout the morning than the previous day but still feel like i can kick butt. i did have some diarrhea about mid morning but that subsided and i felt like my energy was more stable later in the day, rather than a rise up and then a rise down, it was more like a gentle rise up and then stay there all day.
i am now beginning to realize that all these years i really was essentially just drunk all the time through lack of sleep, diet, exercise habits.
i dont feel like the energy is making me adhd-like, i feel way more in control of how i want to live than i ever have before.
6pm i had pizza and soda late in the evening and this wreaked havoc on my guts which it usually doesnt, at least not so much, could have been a fluke, will have to see if pizza and soda continues to affect me this kind of way, this is honestly probably how those two things are supposed to react to people considering that they arent the healthiest things.
3pm i was at a appointment to treat acne on my back and i was nearly able to produce a wild type lucid dream while i was laying there, my mental anchor was the person in the room doing my treatment who was mostly just waiting while stuff sat on my back.
i can tell my muscles do a good job of integrating and recovering after working out, i havent been doing too much physical exertion the past few days but ive been doing a minimally necessary amount.

Day 3

8am i take the longevity mix powder + essential capsules + essential softgels
disclaimer, it is recommended to take 3 essential capsules daily at each meal but i am taking just 1 in the morning to spread out my trial of blueprint supplement stack, some of my talk about durations only lasting through the morning are likely a result of not taking as many i am supposed to

i do feel like i can much more easily reach the lucid mindset throughout the day much more easily than normal throughout the day.
10am i still have all the previous days benefits, everything is rising and falling more subtly which is a good thing because it was honestly kind of jarring how intense of a difference it was the first day.
my energy took a dive around 2pm, which is a particular time my energy has always crashed at historically prior to blueprint but it was more manageable than past times and i didnt totally pass out like i usually would and for a little bit shorter duration.
i didnt sleep too well last night but i have been coincidentally fighting off allergies or something and havent been able to stay hydrated sufficiently despite drinking a lot of fluids that started right as i started tacking these things, most people have been reporting their sleep being improved most likely due to being so active during the day.
i got a chance to test pizza and soda again, no issues.

day 4

8am i take the longevity mix powder + essential capsules + essential softgels + NAC Ginger Curcumin capsule
disclaimer, it is recommended to take 3 essential capsules and 3 NAC Ginger Curcumin capsules daily at each meal but i am taking just 1 in the morning to spread out my trial of blueprint supplement stack, some of my talk about durations only lasting through the morning are likely a result of not taking as many i am supposed to

same as previous day, its feeling less intense each day when i take stuff but i still feel all the same benefits as i did from the beginning.
energy dipped around the same time as usual but was a little more manageable just like the previous day.
i have been continuing to feel just as productive as always since introducing these things into my morning.
its a little tricky to tell but i think the addition of the NAC Ginger Curcumin capsule today is influencing my back some, like less inflammation or something, not really sure though.
i kept noticing a few mental habits resurface in the evening when stuff starts to wear off a bit more, further pointing out that to have these effects last for the entire day you do have to take the full quantity of the pills.
I was hoping have good sleep this time but with a 1 year old in the house, that did not happen lol

day 5

8am i take the longevity mix powder + essential capsules + essential softgels + NAC Ginger Curcumin capsule + EVOO
*disclaimer, it is recommended to take 3 essential capsules and 3 NAC Ginger Curcumin capsules and 3 tablespoons of EVOO daily at each meal but i am taking just 1 in the morning to spread out my trial of blueprint supplement stack, some of my talk about durations only lasting through the morning are likely a result of not taking as many i am supposed to

There was nothing overly interesting to share about the morning, same as all the others, I can tell the EVOO taste lingers in my mouth all morning, it is going to be weird getting used to just consuming a bit of EVOO on its own, normally people would opt for putting it with a meal but I’m just cool like that lmao.
I think in future logs I am just going to forgoe mentioning the morning unless there is something specific I want to make note of since they seem to be the same for a few days now.
finally had a night where my sleep wasnt getting influenced by outer forces haha

day 6

8am i take the longevity mix powder + essential capsules + essential softgels + NAC Ginger Curcumin capsule + EVOO + red yeast rice oder free garlic
*disclaimer, it is recommended to take 3 essential capsules and 3 NAC Ginger Curcumin capsules and 3 tablespoons of EVOO daily at each meal but i am taking just 1 in the morning to spread out my trial of blueprint supplement stack, some of my talk about durations only lasting through the morning are likely a result of not taking as many i am supposed to

this is now me consuming the entirety of the supplement stack, the rest of the things that are available to purchase are linked here the most notable things i am not including in my trialing of this stuff is protein, nutty pudding, cocoa powder, blueberry nut mixes, there are also two macadamia nut items, one is a puree and one is a butter.
i have always had some kind of an issue with blood sugar, or pressure or something of the sort so i am curious to see how the addition of the red yeast oder free garlic supplement goes later towards when i experience my energy dip around 2pm.
i was reading and there is apparently an adjustment period that people experience where it is some kind of purging of things from the body which is somewhat a common occurrence when people start taking all of this stuff but i think taking it all with food and liquid helps minimize that experience a lot, i feel like i maybe had a little bit of that experience but it wasnt anything too crazy, one thing i did notice in the beginning was that my smells were different from normal but now they seem to be “normalized”
when time came around for my energy to dip, it did but only a little, it was manageable enough for me to still do more things but i still napped later, this time it was different though i could tell it was a result of mental taxing and i didnt actually need to nap it was just that was the easiest way to regroup my brain cells, not related to the stuff ive been taking.
i slept pretty good last night but i have a feeling that was just because of previous nights catching back up to me.

day 7

i think i will proceed in the coming days to skip putting my initial 8am disclaimer here because it will continue to be the same as always, if something is different i will mention it of course.
i have a funny feeling that i may have too much biotin in my system, just barely, i noticed a couple acne places start to creep up on my face and my back hasnt continued to get better this week, i will have to see if it changes.
pretty much successfully fought off the energy dip, until later i laid in bed with doggo and almost fell asleep after like 10 minutes but caught myself.
it is nice knowing though that if i were to take the full amount of the things daily at the right times i would experience a evening as effective as the mornings but for right now making my supply last longer is more useful to me.
sleep went well, i am beginning to notice a trend where i become energetically wide awake at roughly 4:30am where i then decide to just do my phone routine habits and by the time i do that i am ready to finish my sleep, i am in bed all the way from 9:30pm to 8am, i have a funny feeling that is relating to my sleep feeling during the day.
during my sleep last night in the later sleep cycles i noticed distinctly that i was grasping at lucidity in my dreams despite not doing any practice for this lately, mostly wild type dreams.
its interesting because i feel like i am actually more awake than asleep during those times when i was grasping for lucidity but i clearly had the experience of knowing the things i was experiencing were dreams and that i was sometimes intentionally controlling them. i think in the past i had conflated only the really superly vivid intense lucid dreams as dreams that are considered lucid dreams because i felt directly in them as if i was living life but now im realizing that exact experience doesnt have to be the case to meet the threshold of the term.

day 8

i was thinking about how to describe how the supplement stack is making me feel, it is as if my body is telling me that i feel good, and this makes me feel good about myself.
energy seemingly stable all day long.
i remember the first day or two of introducing the items that i felt like my bladder was always packed full but it stopped feeling that way, it was mostly because i would consume 30oz of water with my longevity mix, i would also still feel really dry and thirsty later in the evenings especially at night, i realized this was because there has been a couple weeks straight of unusually intense ragweed pollen in my area and it seems like its gonna continue to be this high for at least another week.
i have been waking up in the night with a really runny nose that has been hard to clear away whenever it flairs up so i have been attempting to get it preemptively by blowing my now harder and more often during the day. that must be what has been subtly messing with me.
i had good sleep though i went to sleep late and started my morning off later slightly to make amends, i was thinking about how i sleep so much just to get by, gotta keep working on making sleep more efficient somehow.

day 9

morning started a hair later than usual i wonder what this is going to do to the rest of the day, i kinda felt a little crappy when i woke up, and the past few days my room kept making me feel icky so i put my bed sheets and blanket through the wash.
stable energy all day, had bad sleep because one of the dogs was not feeling good and he was getting up and down all night.

day 10

everything good as usual, it is currently 2pm and my energy seems to be very stable still, though sometimes it has been dipping later so i will see what happens.
i have been debating about if i should keep going with this log or not because it seems that the days are pretty much consistent now and ive explored most of the variables at play.
I laid down a few hours later and dozed off real quick lol, it was at least short that time though.

3 months later

I have run out of the 3 months supply i bought and i wanted to see if i can tell any differences while im off of it so i will probably stay off of it for a month or two, while i was on it i got into some other healthy habits that i think will keep me going more easily without the need for diet intervention, i am more conscious of my food choices and that alone has made enough of a difference. as soon as i got off the supplement stack i noticed my evening sleepiness came back but now i can mitigate it a little bit if i sleep good and exercise good in the morning on top of making sure to eat a sufficient amount of protein.
I think there is a little bit of momentum in me biologically left from having been on the stack for that long which is a really good sign i think that it is doing lots of good for me.
I am 100% going for the full stack this time around when i order more because this was such an enlightening experience that i am going to do whatever it takes to make sure my sleeping, diet, exercise habits are solid and consistent, blueprint basically gave me my life back and i have never felt better.
my theory for how i got so bad and how other people likely get into similar positions is that they continue their childhood non-existent health habits where doing very little for eating, sleeping, exercise was still enough to sustain their small bodies that didnt have to do very much, but then when puberty comes around the body changes all of its needs and amounts in a way that is not so obvious so you end up worse off because you didnt meet its demands and this spirals into a case of not being mentally ready and making worse decisions for yourself if they never get met.

5 months later

I figured out my issue with my back acne, after changing my routines like frequency of bed sheet and shirt changes and skincare creams i use to combat the acne, i finally figured out that the final contributor to my problem is the body bar soap i have used for many years without question and also dairy milk that i consume with cereal every morning, i will consume continue to consume dairy, just not every morning with cereal, parts of the blueprint stack are meant to be consumed as a breakfast type meal so i will likely replace with that and on the times i happen to not have it i will just consume whatever is around.
